BackI visit spas regularly around the world and ESPA is one of my favourite beauty brands so I was delighted to see that this spa featured its products. The spa is located a short walk from the hotel in the Venetian Village and it feels like you’re stepping into an oasis of calm.
I opted to keep things simple with a 60-minute Swedish massage after meeting with Paris, the Spa Director leading this Award winning spa. When it was time to proceed i was led downstairs into the maze-like treatment areas by my therapist, introducing the products that was to be used during the treatment i was well informed and could comment on any special requirements if any from my end. Once finished i could take a shower, and was taken to a special relax room where i was again welcomed with fresh fruit and a special folded bear that was made for me by one of the Thai therapists working at the spa to say “thank you”. What a nice surprise as i normally am the one to thank the therapist and spa but this time the spa made sure that they go the extra mile to thank me for my visit.
The spa facilities comes highly recommended. I was surprised by the warmth of the staff who really ensure that each guest experience ultimate comfort, relaxation and ‘peace’. Even though i only experienced one treatment it was a truly relaxing massage, i certainly recommend that anyone visiting Abu Dhabi should visit the Espa Spa at Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi as they are a team of professionals that take pride in looking after their esteemed guests, a relaxing environment away from home that offers privacy and luxury.
