Submissions

  • Hotels should update their own profile with accurate information changes, the Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards will not be held responsible for outdated information profiles.
  • A representative who submit a registration on behalf of a hotel or hotel group would be regarded as the main point of contact during the entire participation process and will take responsibility for the entry submitted.
  • Any votes/registrations outside the allocated time-frame may be discarded.
  • Any communication that you send to us (a) may be used by us for any purpose, (b) may be reproduced, disclosed, or distributed by us without restriction or further consent from you, and (c) becomes our property when received by us.
    Registration fees are due within 7 days of registration.
  • Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer or Credit Card, provision should be made for any charges that may occur due to transferring of funds as the full amount due should reach the Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards bank account.
  • The Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards bank account do not require the use of an IBAN number in order to transfer funds.
  • Participating hotels agree to provide a complimentary stay for two persons for the purpose of a hotel visit.
