Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, located in Monsummano Terme in Tuscany, is a majestic residence build on the largest natural thermal cave. Giuseppe Verdi defined the natural thermal cave as “the eighth wonder of the world”. It was discovered in 1849 almost by chance and extends for over two hundred meters underground. The cave is divided into three environments: Paradise, Purgatory and Hell, with temperatures from 28 ° to 34°C and 98% humidity, which creates a real thermal steam.
In addition to the healthy thermal steam bath, unique experiences come to life such as spa floating, floating in the silence of the thermal lake and diving into the depths of the underground spring. Apart from the cave, endowed with absolute charm, the hotel also conquers its guests following the restyling of the historic residence with an interior project inspired by the poetry and natural elements of Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, from the cave, the thermal springs and the centenary park to the hill of Monsummano.
