Registration

Only invited spas may register to participate in the Haute Grandeur Global Spa Awards initiative. Upon registration a spa is required to select the most suitable categories that best fit the spa’s profile from a marketing perspective. A spa may select a 1 or multiple  participate in from the list of available categories on the registration form.

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE HAUTE GRANDEUR GLOBAL SPA AWARDS?

STEP 1 : Email your completed Registration form to: info@hautegrandeur.com OR
Submit your registration online: www.hautegrandeur.com/spas/register/step-1/

It is imperative that your Spa or Spa Group profile is submitted as soon as possible in order for us to provide the hotel with the Marketing Toolkit© to use as long as possible prior to rating process in order to create maximum awareness.

STEP 2 : PROVIDE PHOTOS | LOW RES FOR YOUR ONLINE PROFILE

Provide 10 photos as well as a short description of your luxury establishment in order for us to create a online profile for your spa. Compress the images in a zip folder and email it to us within 7 days of the registration date.

File size requirements | minimum 100kb | maximum 200kb

PROVIDE PHOTOS | HIGH RES FOR PRINTING PURPOSES

Provide 10 photos as well as a short description of your luxury establishment for printing purposes inside the spa guide. Compress the images in a zip folder and email to us within 7 days from registration date.

File size requirements | minimum 2mb | maximum 10mb

STEP 3 : DESCRIPTION

Provide a short description best describing the Spa. Max word count:180

4. SITE VISIT VOUCHER

Provide a Site Visit voucher to your Spa with a unique code on a company letterhead or typical voucher template. Vouchers should be valid for two persons and include the Signature Spa Treatment experience. Validation period: 24 months from date of registration.

Once registered the establishment receive the typical Marketing Tools outlined in our renowned Marketing Toolkit (This document showing all visual items accompany the official invitation correspondence) to encourage awareness amongst the larger travel industry to confirm its association with the world’s leading Global Spa Awards initiative that facilitate an absolute transparent evaluation process. Read more on benefits here.

ONCE I HAVE REGISTERED, HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM WORK? Each spa receives its own unique username and password to get access to their personalized profile. Over time a history is built where the spa can review previous years’ results, update information and upload its personalized winner press releases. Information updated will be visible to travelers that use the official Haute Grandeur Global Spa Awards website when booking accommodation at Award winning spas.
AUTOMATIC QUALIFICATION
Participants from a particular year will prequalify to participate in the following year. An Awards Advisor would contact the spa with information to re-register in this instance.When a new year’s registration poll opens a spa can revisit its profile to activate and update information such as descriptions, contact details, categories, descriptive text, press releases and photographs. The system will automatically update the accolades that have been won which will be visible on the spa’s unique profile for travelers to see.

HALL OF FAME

A spa will receive a “Hall of Fame” Award if it has won for 5 years in a row one or multiple categories (on a country, continent or global level) whereby the spa will share in a lifetime free membership of the Haute Grandeur Global Spa Awards inclusive of all benefits that a member spa share in.
