Mizuki Spa & Fitness is located in the heart of Tokyo’s bustling Shiodome district, at the luxurious Conrad in Tokyo. At this lavish sanctuary, water and the moon – two of nature’s most powerful yet calming symbols – are integrated into the design of what is the largest hotel spa facility of its kind.

Sprawling across the 29th floor with ten private treatments rooms, the spa offers a complete line of facials, body treatments and spa rituals performed by highly skilled therapists, as well as a fitness facility featuring the latest equipment, and a 25-metre pool.

Guests are invited to experience Mizuki Spa’s signature treatment, “Mizuki Spirit”, which is designed to bring the body, mind and soul into balance using bamboo sticks. The spa also boasts Tokyo’s only true Hinoki (Japanese cypress) bath.
