Kohler Waters Spa at Old Course Hotel is separated into two distinct areas; one dedicated to the guest’s spa journey and the other to leisure and fitness. Guests can indulge in the healing effects of water in the spa’s hydrotherapy pool that provides therapeutic bathing as well as the spa’s cold plunge pool, refreshing ice fountain and experience showers featuring Kohler Real Rain.

Signature treatments feature natural, marine based ingredients from Voya and Phytomer, as well as luxurious rituals and aromatherapy from Comfort Zone. Manicure and pedicure treatments are also provided by Margaret Dabbs.

Guests will receive a thorough consultation from the spa’s therapists on arrival, bringing together ancient and contemporary techniques. There is also a 20-metre lap pool with a waterfall, a steam room providing deep muscular relaxation and detoxification, a sauna and a rooftop garden with a hot tub.

The separate fitness centre provides a gym area with cardio and resistance stations, a functional fitness space and a group exercise studio with instructor led classes along with innovative virtual training.
