Blue Spa at Carlisle Bay is made up of six treatment rooms, including one for couples, a wet room and a sauna. The spa also has a gym, hair- and beauty salon and a juice bar. Guests may enjoy yoga and tennis sessions on the nine courts that can be booked through the spa.

The two-floor pavilion with its elegant, meditative atmosphere, sets the tone for relaxation and wellbeing.  The spa offers facials, massages and scrubs for men and women in a relaxing environment surrounded by the Antiguan rainforest.

Both male and female therapists are available with treatments in air-conditioned rooms and all facial products used are from Irish skincare specialists, Voya. The spa also offers male-focused and West Indian treatments, some designed to counterbalance the effects of sun and long-haul travel, with time in the sauna and plunge pool proving perfect preparation.
