Like all Aman Spas the world over, the holistic approach at Amanemu aims to promote wellbeing through the integration of treatments, relaxation, movement and nutrition.

A healing aspect unique to Amanemu, is the access to mineral-rich waters. The spa is nestled in the forests of the Ise Shima National Park, in the middle of Japan within reach of sacred Ise Grand Shrine.

The resort is abundant with natural hot springs, one of which feeds the spa’s two onsen bathing pools, or Thermal Springs. Onsen water is used in several of Amanemu’s spa treatments along with local algaes known to be powerful antioxidants.

Four spacious treatment rooms, an aquatic body work pool, a nail salon, a light-filled fitness centre, a yoga studio with an outdoor deck and a dry sauna and steam room are available in the Spa Pavilion.
