It all started in a small guest house in South Tyrol. This gave rise to a passion that Chef Philip Lochmann, after working in several 5-star hotels, including the Burj al Arab, is now making full use of at Bibers Restaurant & Bar at Berghotel Biberkopf.
Here he combines his knowledge of Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisine with quality products from the region. And this combination seems to work very well.
Many of the small side dishes, such as mountain pine honey, come from the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This is not only sustainable, but also gives each dish a very special meaning.
