Paresa’s signature restaurant offers diners something special, with breathtaking views from its clifftop setting and great food to accompany. Talung Thai by Paresa and their International chefs create simple and wholesome cuisine, focusing on the quality of the ingredients sustainably sourced through trusted local farmers, fishermen and producers of fine ingredients.
Chef Franko at Talung Thai by Paresa their Korean/Australian Executive Chef adds his touch with a sophisticated and distinctive cooking style learnt whilst training in France. The local team is mainly from Phuket adding a local southern element to the selections and are responsible for the local sourcing of fresh products from fishermen, farmers and even their own garden.

Talung Thai by Paresa’s cuisine and chefs were awarded a Michelin Plate in 2019 and 2020 for their results. They have merged Diavalo and Talung Thai into one area offering an open terrace and inside seating setting.
