The exquisite Restaurant Mosaic at the Orient Hotel is set in the heart of the tranquil Francolin Conservation Area in Elandsfontein, Pretoria. The restaurant commissioned renowned South African Impressionist artists and interior decorators to step back in time to the early 1900’s to create a restaurant that is both romantic and unique.
This intriguing restaurant setting offers an intimate feel with its booth-type seats, two private dining rooms and Belle Époque decor style. Apart from its exceptional cuisine, world-class wine list and the personal attention given to guests by Chef Chantel Dartnall, the restaurant also places a strong focus on art.

Guests can enjoy wandering through two Museums during their visit, a Sculpture Museum by the renowned Tienie Pritchard, as well as an Impressionist art Museum.
