Designed by Sacha Leong of Universal Design Studio, the interior reflects Chef Julien’s approach of keeping the integrity of ingredients with a soft colour palette and décor that is comfortably elegant, all while respecting the historic and iconic National Gallery location. A key feature is the glass-enclosed kitchen, where diners can witness the chefs at work, reflecting the openness and honesty of Odette that is central to the entire dining experience.
