Nancy Bourguignon’s restaurant is located at the foot of Les Baux-de-Provence’s castle, in the heart of the Alpilles. Open for lunch and dinner, guests may take a seat in the bright dining room, on the terrace facing the Alpilles or around the guest table in the kitchen.
A self-taught talent, Nancy Bourguignon is a renowned “Maître Restaurateur” who arrived in the kitchen by chance, when last-minute guests arrived when the chef had already left.

Nancy expertly concocts subtle and delicate dishes that are prepared using fine ingredients like early vegetables from Provence and line-caught fish and her light, feminine cooking style brings out the original flavour of her ingredients in full force. Accompanied by the advice of the sommelier, the plates go wonderfully with a wine cellar filled with small and great vintages.
