Mama San Bali Kitchen Bar Lounge is a two storied three-in-one kitchen bar and lounge serving lunches, dinners and evening tapas. Chef Will Meyrick has developed a mouth-watering menu where guests can expect authentic dishes from the Indonesian archipelago, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Signature dishes include roasted bone marrow with slow cooked beef short rib, lamb saag with spinach and slow cooked beef cheek rendang with Sumatran spice and coconut milk.

The unique purpose-built warehouse interior blends vintage with oversized leather Chesterfield sofas, mirror walls, oriental side lit screens and quirky one-off art pieces, including a large retro inspired wall mural. A range of black and white pictures showcasing Will Meyrick’s food travels around Asia adorn one of the walls in the ground floor dining room and scatter cushions help to create a homely feel on both levels.
