At La Bauhinia at Shangri-La Paris, the skylight heart of the hotel, the cuisine invites to share and to gather. With his childhood memories from Brittany and his first experiences in all-fish restaurants, Executive Chef Quentin Testart has wished to combine what is close to his heart, the ocean’s delights and his passion for travelling.
