Henshin showcases the evolution of Nikkei cuisine can be understood through the idea of ‘Henshin’ or 変身, a Japanese word meaning ‘transformation’, led by Head Chef Akira Oshita. Born from the Japanese community in Peru, Nikkei cuisine fuses fresh Peruvian ingredients with refined Japanese techniques, resulting in bold umami flavors and a perfectly balanced taste and texture. Some of Henshin signatures include Tuna Tiradito, Classic Ceviche, Lobster Chupe and Nikkei tasting menus.

Right below the dining area, guests can savor specially crafted cocktails while taking in sweeping views of Jakarta from the 67th floor. Complemented by Nikkei-inspired bites and a lively in-house DJ performance, the experience sets the perfect tone for an elevated evening above the city.
