Offering enhanced mocktails and delectable dishes based on a menu balancing between Classic and Pan-Asian fusion cuisines. Among the special dishes at the restaurant are the Wild Salmon Kumquat Teriyaki, the one and only Veal Cheeks, slow cooked for eight hours and the Braised Lamb Shank served with caramelized butternut squash purée. Vegan dishes appear on the menu as well with the dessert section presenting an “wow” effect. Exotic ingredients and new techniques produce a well-balanced result available all day long.
