Fu He Hui is a Chinese vegetarian restaurant in Shanghai. In recent years, vegetarianism has become a new trend and as a result, the restaurant places a strong focus on China’s diverse supply of fungi, some of which are extremely exotic. Decorated in a neutral palette of earth and grey tones by using stone, wood and fabrics, the 90-seat restaurant offers 11 private rooms, two gargantuan VIP rooms and a main dining hall on each of the three storeys.
The restaurant’s team visited Fort Worth to inspect the origin of ingredients and to understand the growth environment, taste and nutrients of the ingredients before presenting it to guests. Fu He Hui believes that respect for life, the protection of animals as well as the ecological balance, are the easiest ways to improve oneself.
