Fahrenheit at Madifushi Private Island is a fiery-inspired themed specialty restaurant. Housing a hearty fare of mouth-watering aromatic steak house grills of surf and turf. Guests can indulge in an array of premium slow-cooked beef and seafood served on hot stones with fine-dining service by the beachfront.
The Private Island Speciality Restaurant is operational between 17:00 to 23:00 offering Freshly baked assorted breads, Soup & Antipasti, Vegetarian options and ofcourse the speciality hot stone grill dishes. Any Hot Stone Grill Main Courses are served with grilled baby vegetables or grilled corn on the cob top of cheese roasted chat potatoes or homemade cajun potato wedges balsamic glazed grilled plum tomatoes with thyme. With choices of Black pepper corn sauce, white mushroom juice, Dijon mustard sauce, citrus jus or lemon and garlic sauce.
Guests can end the evening with a selection of deserts as well all while looking out over a sandy beach.
