Ember & Oak is situated on the Constantia Uitsig Wine Estate, in one of the farm’s Heritage Cottages and nestled across from the beautiful and iconic, Heritage Rose Garden.
The menu boasts a variety of quirky and flavour-packed, global small plates prepared by a team of skilled chefs, where elements of each dish are prepared on either an open fire or in a charcoal oven. As Tim is passionate about sustainability and seasonal produce, the menu changes seasonally and is based on being creative with what he can get his hands on. The fun and playful interior, and other little details, ring true to the nature and feeling that Tim and Judy want each guest to experience. While they take what they do very seriously, they have fun doing it. They have created a relaxed and cosy environment where guests can enjoy their award winning food and world class Constantia wine.
