Dante Cucina Italiana, named after the poet “Dante Alighieri” serves the resort’s Italian, Tuscan cuisine that hopefully brings some poetry into the guest’s palette, as it is the most visited restaurant at the property.  
With both an indoor and outdoor seating area that can accommodate a total of 150 seats, the restaurant caters to families and couples alike.  

An open kitchen is the centrepiece of the room, where the guests can see the chefs cooking everything from pasta and pizza to salads and risotto. On the other side, the bar does not only serve the finest Italian wine, but also displays the various desserts offered.  

The interior has been inspired by the Italian lifestyle to create a contemporary design that brings forth the Italian culture without diminishing the Middle Eastern food customs where enjoying a meal with a large group of loved ones is the main course.
