Bridges is located on one of Amsterdam’s oldest canals and is the ultimate place to go for a business lunch or an elaborate dinner. It is a place where you feel at home with inviting service, hospitality and conviviality. Bridges is a fish restaurant, where you can choose between a wide variety of à la carte options or a special Chef’s menu consisting of four, five or six courses. A unique feature of Bridges is the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, where you can enjoy the magic of the kitchen brigade up close (maximum of six people).
For private events, Bridges also provides a private dining area, where you can enjoy an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own private space. The private dining features its own cocktail station, cigar cabinet and a selection of specialty whiskeys. This private room is suitable for parties of up to 12 people.
