South Mumbai’s vibrant nightlife has its newest addition. Step into  Paradox, a cocktail-forward bar by Aditi and Aditya Dugar, the duo  behind Masque – India’s #1 restaurant on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants  2025, for the fourth straight year!  

Paradox sits comfortably in an old Mumbai mill, like it’s just always  been around. Behind the bar is Ankush Gamre, Masque’s Head Mixologist,  now working with a little more fire and a little less restraint. His  menu is a study in contrasts: structured yet fluid, familiar yet  strange. This new playground in the form of Paradox brings you his  boldest, most audacious cocktails with some daring pairings bursting  with flavour and technique. Drinks at Paradox are built to shift, not  settle. They’re poured with technique and layered with flavour,  designed to evoke questions, not answer them.  

Take the Cthulhu — a savoury oceanic wave after wave of squid brine  and citrus. Or the Prodigal Son — bold, rich and unapologetically  indulgent. There’s also Spirited Away, a quiet drink that makes more  sense with every sip, and The Spice Merchant, a complex concoction  that subtly stacks up the heat.
