About Hilton Lake Como & Terrazza 241
Hilton Lake Como has been made on the original site of the Tintoria Subalpina factory, specialized in silk printing, dyeing and functioning from 1935 to 1997.
The hotel is made by 2 buildings. The first one is with an industrial design: the round shape of the windows, the red bricks and the shape of the façade building are a clear link to the heritage of the building.
The second one has been completely renovated. A modern glass structure, that hosts the lobby of the hotel and reinterprets the tradition of green-houses throughout the area, is the link between these two buildings.
Hilton Lake once a former silk factory, is now a contemporary lifestyle hotel that blends heritage and modern design with refined facilities and elevated service. Ideally located just steps from the lakefront and within walking distance of Villa Olmo and the city centre, the hotel features 170 elegant rooms and suites, a panoramic rooftop with infinity pool, three dining venues, eforea Spa & Health Club, and six modern meeting spaces.
