Waterside Cottages & Villas is located in Notwane, Gaborone, Botswana, alongside the banks of the Notwane Dam on a 4 hectare piece of unspoiled African Bush.

It consists of nine very private, fully equipped self catering cottages and villas of varying sizes and varying proximity from each other and can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests at any one given time.  Our accommodation is perfectly suited for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a luxurious get away, tourists who are breaking their trip on route to or on their way back from Northern Botswana or businessmen / women who are tired of cramped  and noisy apartment / hotel environments.

Waterside Cottages & Villas is not a party venue and does not permit loud music or raucous behaviour. We classify ourselves as a retreat where one can relax and unwind in a beautiful environment.

We are located a mere 13km from Gaborone CBD towards Lobatse, yet if feels like you are in the middle of nowhere where one can put to use our motto ‘together is our favourite place to be.
