Sustainability is at the forefront of the design philosophy, playing a significant role in enhancing the local environment. With the liberal use of bamboo and other local materials sourced from “Orang Asli” (indigenous tribes in Malaysia), to bamboo and wood carpentry handmade by our Villa Samadhi’s own craftsmen, the Hotel integrates conservation and community into the environment.

The retreat is carefully crafted within a ‘Rustic-luxe’ concept, and a sense of peace pervades in each of the 21 distinctive villas, which span 600 to 900 square-feet of living space. The villas are accented with a collage of elements to create a raw yet sophisticated Asian dwelling and feature a collection of colourful Southeast Asian hilltribe fabrics and antiques, adding a contrast to its rustic exterior.
