At an altitude of 6575 feet above sea level, the resort is strategically located at the edge of a canyon, offering breath-taking views over Jabal Al Akhdar’s Green Mountain plateaus and valleys in the Western Al Hajar mountain range. Its magnificence and mild weather attract both local and international tourists.
The resort features 27 rooms, two temperature-controlled swimming pools for both children and adults and spa services are available at URU Spa. Dining options include a multi-cuisine restaurant seating 90 guests, a specialty restaurant seating 50 guests and a pool bar seating 40 guests. Resort guests have access to the outdoor lawn for events and the olive gardens that reminisce the 270 million-year-old fossil specimens visible around the resort gardens and structure, as well as other exciting activities.

The resort is three hours’ drive from Muscat City, and 45 minutes’ drive from Nizwa. 4WD transport is mandatory as per the law of the land.
