The CellBalance Nutrition program was developed over a decade ago by Dr. Alexander Papp, a specialist in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery, and its efficacy has been substantiated through ongoing clinical research. It is built on an anti-inflammatory, calorie-reduced, and protein-optimized diet low in carbohydrates and fat, and entirely free of sugar. Three enjoyable meals a day, crafted by Executive Chef Phillip Schnabel, plus two additional snacks ensure that guests never experience hunger or a sense of deprivation.
The six medical programs, Prevention & Vitality, Aesthetics & Age Reverse, Detox & Weight Management, Ortho Mobility & Motion, Focus & Clarity and Quick Preventive Health, can support guests in boosting their vitality, supporting the body’s own regeneration processes such as cell renewal, and establishing sustainable routines for everyday life.
Set within the natural landscape of the Austrian Alps, the harmoniously designed resort comprises 60 rooms, junior suites, and chalet suites, a 3,500 sqm medical spa with therapy, pool, and sauna areas, sports and fitness facilities, historic restaurant rooms for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the publicly accessible fine-dining restaurant Aurea.
