Situated at 1,610 meters in the heart of the Bucegi Mountains, Hotel Peștera Wellness & Spa is more than a destination – it is a place where history, nature, and hospitality come together in a truly unique way.

The story of this place began in 1923, when the first mountain lodge, known as Casa Peștera, welcomed travelers seeking the beauty and serenity of the high mountains. Today, that legacy continues through a refined five-star experience, inviting guests to reconnect with nature while enjoying modern comfort and understated luxury.

Surrounded by the spectacular alpine landscapes of the Bucegi Natural Park and located near iconic landmarks such as the Sphinx and the Babele rock formations, the hotel offers a distinctive setting in one of the most scenic areas of Eastern Europe.

Guests enjoy elegantly designed rooms, refined cuisine, and a premium wellness experience at OXYGEN Wellness & Spa, where relaxation becomes part of the mountain itself – creating a deeply personal and memorable experience rooted in place, tradition, and authenticity.
