Overall guest feedback is retrieved from all internet platforms to acquire the most accurate feedback considering all information available in the public domain referring to booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Facebook, Instagram, Tripadivisor converted into scores that place the establishment in the position to achieve the Haute Grandeur Global Excellence Awards. Significant high customer evaluation scores are considered once retrieved. Haute Grandeur Global Excellence Awards does not hand-pick properties, and no internal panel can influence the customer evaluation score.  

Announcement Steps

Announcements are made per country, region, continent and category.
 
The Haute Grandeur season run from the middle of one year to the middle of the next and stretch over a 12month period. A selection of brands from around the globe is identified by means of customer feedback scores and during the season great emphasis is placed on these brand through marketing efforts that tap into new revenue markets & finally acquire authentic results determined by a rating system where only first-hand feedback is considered. 

Quality feedback is considered and not quantity of votes to determine results.
